If I already have my driver’s license do i still have to take a driving test on the motorcylce. The info on the dmv.org is kind of vague. It says below:

Getting Your Motorcycle License: Under 21
You may apply for your motorcycle license after:

You’ve held your motorcycle learner’s permit for at least six months, if you’re 16 or 17 years old.
You’ve passed a California Motorcyclist Safety Program training course (the Basic RiderCourse) administered by the California Highway Patrol, and been issued a completion certificate.
Bring the motorcycle class completion certificate to the California DMV, and they’ll issue you an interim license valid for 60 days, until you receive your new photo license in the mail.

i have had the burn for a week now, it hasn’t got any worse or infected, but also has not got any better. I have been covering it during the day with a gauze patch and putting anibiotic cream on it, and at night i leave it uncovered to try and dry it out. What else can i do to speed up the healing?

Should I be allowed to choose whether or not I wear a helmet on a motorcylce?
Should I be allowed to choose whether or not I wear a seat belt in a car?

These are liberal ideas yet they don’t want anyone interfering with their choice freedoms. Why?
The injury argument is crap. Mass. wanted the seat belt law passed and used the same argument that costs would go down. Since when will an insurance company breath a sigh of relief when the law is passed and lower their profits? It didn’t happen, rates went up anyhow.
