burn on leg from motorcylce exhaust…..?

i have had the burn for a week now, it hasn’t got any worse or infected, but also has not got any better. I have been covering it during the day with a gauze patch and putting anibiotic cream on it, and at night i leave it uncovered to try and dry it out. What else can i do to speed up the healing?

   Depends on how deep it was, probably a 2nd degree burn. You did right by keeping it from getting infected, and hopefully this will also minimize scarring. I wouldn’t do anything else.
